Why Can’t I Receive Emails from Binance
If you haven’t received emails from Binance, follow the instructions below:
1)Check if you have logged in to the correct email address and that you used to register on Binance. Login and Refresh.
2) Check the spam folder of your email. Your email provider is likely pushing Binance emails into your spam folder, so you have to mark them as safe emails.
3)Check if your email inbox is full. Suppose you reach the max limit that the email provider has. Then, it won’t be possible to send or receive new emails.
4)Better register from well-known domains, like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc
Why Can’t I Receive SMS Verification Codes
Binance tries to improve its SMS Authentication coverage to achieve the best user experience. However, some countries and areas may not support it yet.
